We provide free shipping on all orders via USPS first class or UPS Ground Service, which takes approx. 7 ~ 10 business days. (Excludes weekends and holidays.)
You may return any unopened merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns anytime within 14 days period, but we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
If your package is returned to Cablemart marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and we can only refund 80% of the purchase price back to you. If you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the resending shipping cost.
We have a 45-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 45 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full-refund or re-shipment of the order with a tracking number. However, this only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process. We cannot give a full refund if for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address. In that case, we'll give you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee). In the case of re-shipment, we'll send you an invoice of the re-shipping fee which is $5.00.
